Why is it always american who posts "you aren't white/X

I always wondered this myself. What exactly is considered "white" for the idiots here.

Does the family need to be from German decent or do they just need to have a white mans name like "Bob" and have light colored eyes and blond hair.

What is the creatiria for being "white"
