It's original definition would be that it's an ad hominem attack cause it attacks your character, but it's not an ad hominem fallacy, unless the claim about your character is true and therefore your arguments would be tainted by whatever racism stems from. This argument ends up being a word against word about your character and at that point it works as an argument fallacy unless the topic was about wheter you actually are a racist or not.
