I have an idea to stop terror attacks guys. So, every time a suicide attack occurs, the number of people who are willing to suicide for islam decreases, so what if we let them all just commit their terror attacks and let them be, they will get out of stock eventually.

There's a flaw in your plan. You've neglected to realise that these people breed like fucking rabbits, and each have like 5 kids. For each one that goes down, they have their children to replace them and be like daddy by blowing up innocent people.
