What does /pol/ love so much about this man? I often hear him glorified as one of the only good presidents we've ever had.
Meanwhile a lot of people I know give him shit for things like for starting the drug war, creating the 24 hour news cycle or deregulating industries which has led to income discrepancies. Some even say the red scare was an overreaction. Did Nancy and Ronnie push the republican party too far to the right under the premise of christianity?

i like him cause he dealt a staggering blow to the institution of government. he wasnt the second coming of jesus but he did a pretty good job.
ironically true christian conservatives are what radical leftists fear the most by far. this "alt-right" deal is much preferred by the left than an activist conservative movement. its why the leftist media shilled so hard for trump during the primaries because they were scared to death of cruz. though trumps doing a good job, hes not touching any of the social issues which may cost him much of the christian vote that he enjoyed this last election.
