Good question. If conclusions were't asserted 10 seconds after these things happened, and actual investigations were conducted. We might know.
It's much easier to just blame the person you most want to blame. Then attack anyone who disputes it later. That's pretty much the standard procedure these days.

White helmets have been caught and debunked in pics and vids so many times, you'd think no one falls for it still. Doesn't matter though, western medias will push the narrative that is given to them.
