Hard to tell, so the weimarer republik would have ruled during WW2 that in that case probably never happened. Really hard to tell but since people at that time both went into political extremes either left or right I'd say Communism would have won instead of nationalism which means we would have been part of the sovietunion in a peaceful way. Is that a good thing? Probably not. Would we have what we have today... maybe.
