Some have been arrested on charges of producing and distributing CP. The politicians, lawyers and police officers have not. They got charged with ordering or viewing CP, most of it from the Philippines.
There is a greater ring at play in Norway that isn't being exposed and that includes high ranking people. But that is not being exposed at all. It connects to the Clinton foundation big time and will fall with them. But the Operation Dark Room (name of the investigation) isn't that.
