Learn martial arts, mixed martial arts, krav-maga, anything that can help you fight and survive, including training with weapons (especially knife because you can hide it and use it for ambush/surprise retaliation against muslim gangs). Al the strength from lifting weights won't help if you don't know how to use it.

Look for the European National Front. They have nationalist, right wing parties in most euro countries. For example, in Greece there is Golden Dawn, a neo-nazi party on the rise.
In France there is Renouveau Français, which urged the French to vote for LePen., National Revival of Poland, in Poland (they really don't like muslim refugees). In Romania there is Noua Dreaptă. I don't know how extremist they are, but you can contact these guys and see for yourself.
