I just heard a quote from someone I consider very wise but I'm having trouble interpreting it, what do you think it means?
"I am willing to create that I am the cause in the matter, no matter what the matter is."
That sentence just proves how primitive the English language is.
No offence.
He's saying don't put the pussy on a pedestal.

Good that you speak Arabic then.
Sounds like really bad English tbqh. Is your very wise guy a brain damaged football player by any chance?
I think he means that he wants to make it so that he is the cause of things (instead of the consequence) so he wants to create things himself, take initiative and make choices. Just a quote that is meant to incite proactiveness

It means the self is a relation which relates itself to its own self, or it is that in the relation that the relation relates itself to its own self; the self is not the relation but that the relation relates itself to its own self.

See I read it as a comment on egotism.
He is willing to imagine he is the cause of things, even if the matter is something he knows nothing about/wasn't directly involved with.

>how primitive the English language is.
I speak German, I think you just dont know English well. English is able to convey much more complex thoughts or more direct commands. German literally bashes words together. Take Unabhaengigkeitserklaerungen for example, just read A Tramp Abroad, Twain goes into more detail thru the story.
