As long as you have contributed to society you are free to live as long as you please, I'm sure you wouldn't be allowed to procreate and your children wouldn't either. Also your brothers/ sisters would be disallowed from procreating. You would be allowed to choose to be euthanized whenever you please.

Pretty fair response. In reality though I am 24 and my contributions to society have been minimal so should probably hurry up with the euthanasia if I'm diagnosed, can't imagine I will have much time to do good when my brain is being eaten away slowly
