What, if anything, can I do about this? I want to save as many children as I can from this hell. Agreeing with each other on here about how fucked up it is won't do anything though, we should turn this anger and disgust outward into active energy.

Is there a forum or reddit board specifically for people struggling on if they should do this or not? We could go there and do our best to show people the truth, stop then from "transitioning" at least until they're 18 (by which time most will have outgrown the desire anyway).

In my experience trannies, libs and LGBTBBQ types will actively encourage people to change, often projecting their own unhappiness into others. Eg trannies unhappy at how manly they look forcing children to transition because "you'll look so cute and pass really well :3"
