The Nazi government had an often poor relationship with German Christians who tended to be opposed to policies such as the Nuremberg Laws and Aktion T4 on moral grounds. Germany Christians along with Communists were probably the singlemost reliable source of resistance to the Third Reich (Staffenberg and Elser were both motivated by the belief Hitler would pervert and destroy "Christian" Germany).

The German government's relationship with Muslims such as the Bosnian Muslims and the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem on the other hand was much more friendly. They tended to be on the same page about hating Jews and the British. Although the Nazis at the same time also didn't hesitate to slaughter captured Russian Muslim soldiers without mercy on the basis that they were circumcised and therefore "might" be Jewish.

Hitler was not a racist, he supported non-whites such as Arabs, Japanese, Croats, Finns, in their struggles against Jewry.

He just wasn't the "aim and fire at anything that isn't fucking white" kind of racist like many Neo-Nazis are.
