I think either weed should be legalized, or Tobacco and Alcohol should be made illegal. Weed is a pussy drug and it is weak, and nearly harmless compared to Alcohol or Tobacco.

It destroys the moral fabric of our society, promotes degeneracy, etc.

But beyond just that, weed hasn't been properly tested like other drugs would be. Anyone can find an article citing either side if the conflict, and there needs to be more extensive testing done.

Weed is bad and makes you act stupid but I believe in allowing people to make their own decisions. Also the war on drugs has wasted tax payer money and contributed to the current situation with Black neighborhoods and crime. Drug users are thrown in prison for years and mix with rapists and murderers and thugs. When they get out they can't get a job because of their record and they've learned from the worst of the worst so they go back to crime.

Right now marijuana is much, much stronger than it ever was throughout any other period in history and we really have no idea what it will do to people at its current potency, however scientific studies have shown that it causes significant brain damage to adolescents and is potentially harmful to frequent adult users as well. Also, weed culture is terrible and communities should have a right to keep it out of their state.
