Any revival of National socialism will fail, because you are trying to implement 100 year old ideology into modern world. If you want to succeed you first need new ideology in tune with zeitgeist.

First example is left, they totally changed their policies and while keeping the same general ideas (equality, welfare), they changed topic and audience (from economy to culture, from class to identity).

the country is too moderate to throw large support behind an openly nationalist socialist party I think. It'd also further threaten to split the conservative vote.
