It would be the solution to the islam problem, but not the arab/african problem. They're bad for western civilization with or without islam.

Ultimately, religious ethics and meaning must be replaced with philosophical ethics and meaning.

Even so, this doesn't change the cultural and biological differences between peoples, and while no islam would be GREAT, it doesn't change much.

Islam isn't just a religion. It's a culture, a political system, a religion, a legal system, and a violent cult. Secularism won't cure everything that makes muslims incompatible with the West.
