Although this is ostensibly about fighting terrorism I get the distinct feeling that this will quickly be used to curtail any narrative that isn't approved double plus good. Much like how the left starting trying to label everything they didn't like fake news (Which backfired beautifully) I can easily see this as a way to smother speech that goes against the status quo effectively stopping one of the most important ways that resistance has been forming recently.

Is this were this is going or am I just being paranoid?
