We let women do 80% of the hiring, and as a result, the upper betas who used to drive western civilization (alpha males were either did manual labor for 12 hours a day, 5 days a week or died in wars) are getting passed up for unqualified catladies, minorities, or chads the HR girls want to fuck (plus all the nepotistic hiring). I graduated with a 3.91 gpa in finance and can't find a job in my field, and every interviewer was a woman who knows nothing about finance. You'd be surprised how comfy those reception jobs are. I was a temp for a law office as a receptionist and it was the easiest 20 bucks an hour I've ever made. Meanwhile, anyone else had to either bust their asses to make more or were wagies making nothing by doing hard labor.

Let's take a restaurant for an example. The girl at the bar makes tips like crazy. Sometimes 500 a night. All she has to do is pour beer and smile and maybe chat it up with people. Anyone else is getting their hands dirty making less. It's even like this for retail. The girls chit-chat and whine about the AC unit while saying "Debit or credit?" and make more than the male stuck in the stock room making minimum. I've seen girls come back from break with starbucks for all the rest, while the guys, maybe one or two even there, are lifting. Even worse? Overnight shifts.

Really, I'd rather make less, yet more than others by doing the easy job that gets by than busting my ass to be on top or busting my ass at the bottom.

What's the point of having retirement money, a nice car, and a boat, if you're 60 years old? What kind of girl, other than a gold-digger is going to want a man like that? I'd rather be well-off while I'm still in my 20's or even 30's.
