I'm having an extreamly hard time finding a job. I'm homeless living out of my car and Obamacare is killing me (which i dont even use since i eat healthy and workout 5 days a week) as i dont get any form of government gibs (i'm white). I have a mechanical engineering degree from GATech w/ good grades, but could never land an entry level job or internship after almost 1000 applications. I've even offered to work for free, but even that's not working, so i'm wondering is it legal to pay whoever is hiring me a part of my wage under the table? Say i'm making $7.25 an hour and i give them $3 of it.

I find all of this really hard to believe, anon.

No it is not. That's why minimum wage is shit, even though you would be happy to work for less than the minimum, even though a company may even be willing to have you work for that rate, you can't!
