Yes I had the same tread earlier, sorry I went afk.
To add:
haven't been masturbating in 3 weeks,
it does make a difference in the amount of resolve I have when I need to do something,
but I'm not planning to stop masturbating, just dropping pornography.
And on Wim Hof, yes there's a good amount of bullshit that he's trying to sell,
but the method is legit and has some physical effects.
Cold exposure is making me recover faster from shocks,
it makes me feel good after I workout (don't get as much pain if I take a cold shower),
my cardio has improved slightly
and sticking to the program is somewhat helping me build determination and dedication.
No I don't have a wife yet, but I am hoping to meet somebody.
