I think I have solved the "rich people get better lawyers therefore a favorable result" problem...
Current system: more money = better lawyer = better outcome = biased result = no justice (or less justice).
Solution: At some point before the trial, there is a coin toss to see who gets which lawyer. Why is this good?
1) It means a truly equal chance of getting justice
2) It means the rich guy wont spend an enormous amount because it could bite him in the arse later if his lawyer ends up with the other guy (addressing the quality gap of representation)
3) Lawyers will still try and do a good job for the other guy to protect their win/lose ratio
Why has this not been tried before?

how about have lawyers and judges incorruptable and unbribable as their own independent singular union entity, "The Ministry of Law and Justice"; and these people do not listen to any lobbyists or corporations and do not take bribes and such: and whenever there is a suing, or arrest, these people perform their process and find out the appropriate justice?
Of course it all comes down to money, who pays for this.
but what I am trying to express I guess, instead of people finding lawyers who may then potentially lie and be tricky in order to protect their potentially guilty client;
the lawyers and judges are working together to grill both parties, to most purely come to absolute truth, and make an unbiased ruling?

How about we cause the lawyers to face the same conviction?
