It was a joke about how a lot of the countries on that list were part of the French or British empires or were basically their puppet states. If you understand German you'll notice he says the German for independent (Unabhängig) twice, with emphasis on the second time he says it. You'll notice they laugh the most when Egypt and Palestine are mentioned. Basically they are laughing at the hypocrisy of Roosevelt telling them 'guys don't invade all the countries my friends have invaded already'.

Of course, this documentary plays dark music and the narrator calls it a sick twisted joke like all propaganda while conveniently leaving out the rest of his response and like most Hitler propaganda relies on your inability to understand German to twist what he is saying to suit their propaganda purposes.

I didn't even mention TGSNT which is also blatant propaganda. But in regards to this particular video I am right. And during WW2 American and British propagandists did take Hitler's speeches and tell their audience that he was saying something nefarious. Hell, I am pretty sure that in the American propaganda film, 'Why we Fight' they literally take footage from Hitler's Winter Relief speech and over the part where he says 'everyone must help, everyone must believe that there is someone less fortunate than I and I want to help this person as a comrade' and told the audience he was saying that Germany will conquer the world and subjugate all others to the will of the master race. How ironic is that? So yes, they do rely on people's inability to speak English to twist what Hitler says and how people perceive him.

My poor grandparents, Avi and Sara Sphinktorlikur were shipped to the camp Eichenwald to be gassed. Look up camp Eichenwald. It was an absolute horror show. Entire jewish families forced to watch as the "octopuss rape machine" was force upon them. Some jews still suffer flashbacks seizures, and neuroses because of it.
Camp Eichenwald is where many of the worst atrocities occured. Fountains of blood everywhere, flashing signs designed to induce seizures, electric flashing light tortures. Many jews were forced to create pornography here, of the most obscene kind, and then thier families forced to watch it.
