WWI was inevitable and would have happened pretty much no matter what.
And Hitler may have been Austrian but that hardly makes the nation of Austria responsible primarily for WWII. It was mostly Germany when you consider the Treaty of Versailles imposed blame and punishment on it for causation of WWI instead of Austria or another country.
Btw Austria is one of the nicest countries in the world.

Europe was going to have WWI no matter what happened, everyone was excited to try out their shiny new weapons. Germany was far more destructive than Austria-Hungary, completely destroying the Russians and almost destroying France in arguably the most brutal combat in any war.

Hitler was a German nationalist despite growing up in Austria and believed that Germany should unify with Austria to form a completely German state.
