Kazimierz Nycz, a Cardinal of the Catholic Church and the Archbishop of Warsaw, has advocated for Poland to accept "refugees":
>Let's not put an equality sign between migrants and refugees, because those two are completely different categories - said Nycz during a meeting
>we have positive cooperation experience in hosting large groups of foreigners during the World Youth Day. That's why I am convinced that also in the case of refugees, that are in dire need, being sent in by Caritas in Lebanon, Syria and Jordan, we can achieve cooperation.
