She looks after the house and kids while he earns the money she needs to pay for the groceries, fuel for her car, dry cleaning, clothes for herself and for the children etc.
So what if he stopped his job to provide equal care for the children, where is the money coming from?

Remember, companies love money more than dicks, and most hiring decisions are run through human resources department run by women.

So I want to be the warm fuzzy kid and say that we should just be nice to each other. Who gives a fuck about the "natural" tendencies of different genders and who's doing the most of whatever. Man and Woman kind need to consider that none of these roles are outside *human* possibility (save for gestating a baby for 9 months being strictly female) and therefore are just a matter of individual ability. Given the right genetics and tenacity, a woman can be a jacked quantum physicist who throws logs for fun. Or a man can be a nurturing homemaker who regularly attends stitch-and-bitch circles. It doesn't fucking matter and there isn't anything wrong with whatever the hell you choose to do.

The wage gap is clearly real in america the way of statistical averages. You don't actually have to deny the statistics to justify your point. Admit that either

A. you don't think it's a problem (i.e. "women choose lower paying)

B. you think the pay gap is actually a good thing (i.e. "women don't deserve the same as men")
,
C. Maybe you actually recognize the pay gap is real, don't fit the above two categories, but rather think that the suggested methods proposed to fix it are wrong? (I.e. "it's wrong to force people to pay women the same")
