So how come nearly every African state has a reported 5%+ fertility rate per year while we are bombarded by outlets describing mass starvations in the regions since ever.

Population of Nigeria for example has risen from 7M in the 1900 to nearly 200M in the 2017 That's 2800% increase and it keeps rising.

Surely, all of this can't be just the effect of all the gibs africa is receiving from humanitary companies.
