"Universal healthcare" is bad because is it gives other people a financial incentive in telling other people how to live their lives. "Stop smoking because I don't like it" is a different argument than "Stop smoking because I have to pay for your healthcare, and you smoking costs me money" The former has no remedy because it's your preferences vs mine. The second has a financial remedy because you should have a stake in how your money is spent. And it's not just smoking, it's seatbelt laws, putting taxes on Soda, alcohol, and stuff like that. When universal healthcare is enacted, the following measures are soon to follow
