Poor people born in first world countries, with every single opportunity given to them in a silver platter, have absolutely no excuse to be poor or depend on others for their survival, unless you believe the government is not doing a good job at getting them out of poverty.

In western countries average government spending equals 45% of GDP, we're taxed for everything, just so, according to politicians, nobody gets left behind, so, tell me, how much do we need to spend to make sure nobody gets left behind if 45% somehow still ends with millions living in poverty?
