What are the most important politics happening in central/eastern

Eastern Europe is basically paranoia:the region, no brothers, only people who will keep an eye shut while you're fighting others so they can get their 'rightful land' afterwards by picking off the remains
That's what happens when hundred year old grudges are kept unsolved by outsiders

It's very complex and with long histories. I don't think that Europeans innately wan't to kill each other but still have unsettled scores from hundreds of years ago. Kind of like football rivalries. The biggest issue right now that is tearing Europe apart if you haven't been living under a rock, is the Migrant Crisis which I'm sure you're familiar with.
