People always seem to skip the crucial details that they're only being given flats in blocks intended to be luxury flats. They're not finished yet. The flooring, fittings, furnishing, etc will all be the cheapest shit available, and they're not being given access to the 24 hour concierge service or the private cinema. At best they're about to get a nice view and a bit more floor space, but these are still flats in a shithole city so I doubt either of those will be anything to write home about anyway.
