Wrong. One of Hitler's first moves was to nationalize the central bank and to swap out the currency for the reichsmark and altogether effectively cut international finance out of the loop. No longer were they able to speculate on the German economy, and this was part of what allowed Germany to become one of the richest countries in the world in such a short time, their poverty after WW1 was caused by the central bank cooperating with banking cartels to inflate the German currency so the speculators could make a profit by short selling the Deutschmark.

The reason why WWII happened in the first place, and indeed, why we don't have Hitler's reforms today is specifically because these powerful influences in the banking communities who overlap completely with any list you could compile of largest contributors to political campaigns were terrified that other countries would follow suit and they'd soon see themselves with a vanishingly small pool of exploitable economies.
