Maybe start on a weekend, in case your body doesn't agree with it....usually just resulting in farts and not mexican food tier poops.
The bottled stuff (2.0) is more expensive than the powder (1.x), but it's much tastier and more convenient. If you go with the powder, invest in an immersion blender to avoid the chunkyness.
If you go >50% of your diet, I'd recommend supplimenting with beef jerkey or popcorn to give your body something to chew on - else it's hard to satiate hunger for the first week or so.
Taste is pretty subjective, but I just chug it down in one go and have come to kinda like it.
