Norway won ww2 with the Norwegian Merchant Fleet.
In WW2 the Norwegian merchant fleet brought over 50% of the supplies to Britain on Norwegian ships - over 1000 ships.
It was the worlds third largest merchant fleet after the US and the UK - not bad for a small country like Norway.
Imagine the war without the Norwegian merchant fleet:
From wikipedia:
The British politician Philip Noel-Baker, Baron Noel-Baker, commented after the war that "The first great defeat for Hitler was the battle of Britain. It was a turning point in history. If we had not had the Norwegian fleet of tankers on our side, we should not have had the aviation spirit to put our Hawker Hurricanes and our Spitfires into the sky. Without the Norwegian merchant fleet, Britain and the allies would have lost the war."

If Britain had lost 50% of the supplies including oil ; there's a good chance that Germany would have successfully invaded Britain, which would leave the US out of the war in Europe.
