Because America's niggers are endowed with a small percentage of European genes, enough to allow a small portion of them to be moderately successful. Just look at any of the "black American inventors." They're of a much greater stock of European ancestry than their Apefrican counterparts.

Plus Jews have socially pushed the "niggers are cool therefore whatever niggers like must be cool too" meme on us for nearly 100 years.
