Can anyone prove to me that we (''''capitalist'''' western countries) don't in fact live in an Anarcho-Capitalist society?
It is wholly possible to bypass 'law' with money, you can be so wealthy that you can not only be completely above it, but also influence what laws are enforced, people are essentially ruled by corporations and they know this.
'Law' is enforced on slave workers for disobeying their masters rule, but law does not apply for the masters.
The state and police are just enforcers and have no legitimacy whatsoever.
Don't try to refute it by showing me high profile billionaires getting jail time, even if everything is controlled by a mere handful of people who are above the law, or even just one person that's ANCAP.
