If there's an influence which prevents people from passing on their genes they also cannot pass on the values that lead to them being childless, which in this case tends to be taught from mother to daughter.

I'm 32, I kinda gave a shit about a relationship through my 20's, had a few lovers, but now I'm fully involved in my careers.

I've had friends throughout the years whose parents were already in their 50's when we were in grammar school. Society keeps getting older. People having children later in their years when they have a stable foundation to do so is bound to happen in a society that can stay alive over the age of 80. So, does it matter that women aren't having kids in their late 20's? Yes it does, but keep in mind it's not too late for them considering that if they have kids in their 30's, they'll still be alive 60 years later when technology advances so much to keep them alive.
