It should be pretty self explanatory friend. Just treat it like booze. It's fine every now and again but if it becomes a big chunk of your life then you have a problem and you should probably stop. It doesn't help you do anything productive unless you make a career out of it (which Imo sucks the fun out of it).

But if you want to take it to the extreme it's turning people into manbabies by giving them instant near-unlimited access to self gratification without any real human interaction or work involved
