Most of your points are valid, but the middle east and africa has the same lust for oil that the west does. The problem isn't 99.9% of people in the west- the majority of them don't commit any sort of crime/corruption, but the 0.1% globalist elite who control the oil supply- these normally aren't westerners either, but Russians and Chinese.
In the middle east and africa it's quite different for the masses: a majority of them have an IQ almost an entire standard deviation below the average, and in some parts of Africa 75% of girls admit to being sexually assaulted and 30% of boys have participated in a rape. Crime and corruption is rampant in the police and political systems far more than in any western country.
It's easy to blame westerners for this but similar countries such as China and Vietnam always had extremely low rates of crime and even under a communist uprising with american invasions society itself didn't collapse.
