We'll see the population openly massacring the foreigners. Just take a look at how far ~2-3 million have pushed them and then imagine what 100 million will do.

The politicians are aware that it is impossible for Europe to shoulder this burden, too. You cannot feed 100 million additional leeches when half of your countries are already on the brink of fiscal collapse.
But none of them wants to be remembered as the guy who gave the order to gun every illegal down at the border. Instead they'll just sit back and wait for the inevitable backlash from the population they know will come. That way they can pretend that none of this was their fault.
