no, this is mostly incorrect, there are no stable countries in africa, not a single one. they're all messes literally overrun with crime, corruption, drugs, disease, AIDs and human trafficking (actual slavery). every last one of them literally. and i wasn't speaking specifically of capitalism vs socialism, as some move more in the capitalism direction, but i was speaking of their inability to govern themselves.
