GWU Hosp is 10 mins further from Medstar, which is where he was most likely taken. Medstar is within walking distance. Why would they pass up a more than capable hospital and take him somewhere 10 mins further? Then this investigator is basing his evidence and claiming he "Knows" it was GWU hosp he was taken to, because someone told him so? Huge red flag right there for me.
