In the 70s second wave feminists discovered a feminist idea that's the equivalent of silicon computing or relativity, if they're sure men aren't going to rape them and that by mostly all withholding they can get them desperate, then they at least "know" (despite never trying!) that they can get laid by the cute guy which fulfills the female fantasy (very internal and based narratives) and then completely plummet their standards. Virtue in general isn't celebrated, because people either aren't aware virtue is meant to be its own reward or aren't at that stage. If a virtue doesn't reward you it might be something to rise above, but plenty do and those aren't going to be celebrated by others especially in a society that currently hates celebrating others, but only if it's genuine. A smart man can't be smart, but a fat woman with no standards must be beautiful.
