Isn't it telling that every country the Germans invaded (except Poland) had collaborationists, but the Germans almost never collaborated with the Allied invaders? The German people promised to give their all to the war effort, and they kept that promise. Whether you agree with their politics or not, you have to respect the fact that they were loyal to the cause.
