Saudi gets their oil as easily as people in the boonies get well water. Their margins per barrel are insane. They are still a bit hurt by the new reality of the oil market as they got pretty comfy at $100/barrel, but they have enough sovereign wealth tucked away to handle short term pains and fix their budget.
