Truth is that while African women tend to have less of the few traits that are widely considered to be associated with female attractiveness (neoteny, for instance), there are plenty of attractive women of every race, and nobody should be surprised to find one. Any reasonable race realist can recognize that a large number of people from any race are going to be exceptional, being either significantly worse or better than their compatriots.

Because of this there is tons of overlap in stuff like intelligence, physical ability, beauty, etc. Individual ability and worth is important, but on large scales statistics should drive decision making. Blacks are statistically less intelligent for instance, so expecting similar educational outcomes to whites is foolish.

Beyond public policy decisions there isn't much value in recognizing these facts though. Treat individuals as individuals when you can. The circumstances drive whether generalization is necessary.
