How different would the election have been if none of the states had winner take all systems when it comes to deciding their electoral college votes? Would Hillary have won, or would it have put it more in favor of Trump? What would the numbers look like?

Hillary would win? This would literally just make the electoral college a form of direct democracy, which will follow the popular vote.

As for your last question, Hillary would win by less than 20 electoral votes.
