It's forbidden by constitution in both countries I think. But if there was a big shift of some sort (civil war or such), so that we could get rid of these constitutions it would probably happen, because the will is there and both sides know that they belong together.

I'm no expert at this stuff, but what is obvious is that there are 3 distinct groups in Bosnia that can only be held together in one country by applying force.
Whenever that force weakened each side tried to slaughter the others.
Therefore the best solution in my mind is simply separation. This doesn't have to be hostile but could be settled peacefully.
And it would be a better way to ensure that there is finally some kind of peace on the Balkans instead having hundreds of thousands die every few decades in some retarded war.
So what's the point, maybe Bosniaks were Croats, maybe they were Serbs, maybe they were mixed. But in the end they have their own way of life and they will always remain hostile to the Catholics and the Orthodox.
