I would dump the first option because 1. latin, not greek (however I don't know whether all phobias have greek prefixes) 2. albinism is very specific, as you pointed out, it means the lack of pigment in skin, hair and eyes, which is not a characteristic of the white race in general. I would also dump the second option, because it's more general in turn. Asprophobia is free, so I would go for that, since if we managed to propagate that, it would refer specifically to the fear/hate of the white race.

But that's just my personal preference, so I'm open to discussion.
