Absolutely this. They're the big name we all know, but they're falling horribly behind everyone else. They think their problem is branding, but that's clearly not it because we all fucking know them.
They need to simplify their menu, and present an experience like In-N-Out. There're three things on the fucking menu, at In-N-Out. And the menus aren't animated and constantly changing.
