There is a common saying that liberals vote with their feelings and conservatives take a more logical stance.
But I ask you this: Is all law not based on people's feelings? Murder, stealing, rape is all illegal because the majority feels that it should be.
I've been trying to think of a decent rebuttal to this question and I can't.
