Technically, yes, but the significance of "extraterrestrial life" would be life that isn't FROM Earth.

The gut bacteria in an astronaut's ass were born in space, but that doesn't make them alien bacteria in any meaningful sense.

If they were the productive cells of full grown organisms, then we'd make the connection that there were full-blown organisms out there responsible for it. The dead cells themselves would not be considered the alien life form unless they grow outside the womb.

Well you see that very much depends - if the organism found was a single cell or microbial life form that is capable of autonomous survival as-is, then it would be proof of that particular life-form.

If we were to essentially find an undeveloped embryo/zygote in space, not only would that be incredibly strange, it would be proof of life only in the sense that we can assume this not-yet-autonomous clump of cells WOULD grow into a fully developed organism, were it in a place it can actually grow, rather than the harsh environment of space. (In a similar sense that fossils are good evidednce of what existed in the past, but are not alive themselves, and don't need to be for models to be extrapolated from them).
